Samsung challenged us to conceptualise and execute a scalable roadshow that could showcase the latest Samsung Galaxy innovations in a fresh, engaging way. The task required a unique blend of mobility, brand immersion, and consumer connection. The ask emphasised creating a space where people could slow down, explore, and play — even in bustling environments.
The Objectives
The objective of Samsung Galaxy Hangouts was to deepen brand love and boost understanding of the Galaxy ecosystem through real-world, hands-on experiences. Each Hangout let visitors experience the devices in everyday settings, showing how Galaxy naturally fits into life.
The Details
Samsung Galaxy Hangouts activated across South Africa at 34 locations, bringing hands-on Galaxy experiences into the flow of everyday life. By meeting consumers where they were, Samsung created an accessible, authentic introduction to the Galaxy ecosystem grounded in real-world discovery.
